  Love this place, they did a great job of fixing my car, n Dana who works in the office is lovely n very helpful, the technicians n Ethan were really kind n helpful, I easily give them 5 stars, I will always take my car back to Honda for services, or any issues that I have with my car, I highly recommend them

  Absolutely terrible customer service!! We were comparing between a Mazda and a Honda SUV. Test drove Honda first and Mazda on a later date. Told the Mazda salesperson we like Honda better and need to drive it again. Mazda were fantastic and said that we could drive up to Honda in their car if test driving Honda again on the same day to get the best comparison and they don't mind if we decide either way. So we called and booked to test drive Honda for the second time. Turned up there in the Mazda car and the salesperson who had helped us was on leave. So we spoke to the manager there and he refused to allow us to test drive when we told him we were comparing between the two cars and had come in a Mazda. He wanted us to go and drop Mazda back and come back again!! When we asked how it matters to him what car we came in, his reason was we we will go back to Mazda and the salesperson will talk us into buying Mazda it seems! Can’t believe how small minded he was and doesn’t trust the brand he sells and what they have to offer is competitive enough to keep them in business. Instead they believe cheap competition tactics decide what a customer buys. This manager should know by now that in this day and age, customer has the ability to do their own research and will decide what is best for them and no salesperson can talk them into buying what they don’t like. Absolutely appalled by the service. Never going back there again. Also, Since Honda don't do dealerships anymore and are all company owned, we will see if there is anyway to put a complaint against this manager and the customer service provided by him directly with Honda.

  I bought my 2019 Honda Civic from here and got every service done with the service team.
  Service has been excellent all the way and car looking and feeling smick everytime!
