Harry's Yoga classes, Yin Yoga, Flow Yoga, Sound Healing- Meditation each class is unique and delivered with expertise and meaning, leaving you feeling calm and at peace, a damn good body stretch, and a necessary timeout from the present craziness of the world.
A true place of wellness for mind, body and soul. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a wholistic experience, been a patron for many years.

- Georgia Added May 21, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★The staff were very nice, I particularly liked that they focused on individuality and the inclusion of all skill levels and all body types rather than just the aesthetics of achieving every yoga pose perfectly. They gave you plenty of options for yoga poses for different physical ability levels and allowed you the freedom to do things in a way that was comfortable for you. It was a very supportive and relaxed environment.
